………………………………………….

this is my morning today

i am grateful
there has been a lot of movement these past few weeks

harder to hold on to the peace of mind and groundedness tapped into during and after retreat with such movement

but that is the lesson

carry home within

and

create it outside of self

walk in clarity
after being a bit broken down at the end of last year

consequence of so much lack of groundedness

physically

spiritually

i was sure i was done being nomadic for a long bit

alas
three months home

doing my homework 🙂

fixed me up and launched me back into the flow
it is hard to stop

a momentum has been building

it feels natural to me now

but the message has been received clearly

this can not be done in the same manner as I have before
we are impatient creatures

well, i am

i receive a message

and often mistake the message for the lesson learned

or maybe not mistake

but in receiving such a message

a glimspe of it’s unfurled truth is shown

and it brings such peace
this path seems to be about coming into acceptance of ourselves as human beings within the environment in which we have come forth

and finding a flow of grace to practice surrendering to

and practice taking that grace with us out of our set practice

and into the world

“Simplicity, patience, compassion.
These three are your greatest treasures.
Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being.
Patient with both friends and enemies,
you accord with the way things are.
Compassionate toward yourself,
you reconcile all beings in the world.”
― Lao TzuTao Te Ching

i pray

for me

for all

to continue to cultivate a relationship with our very most inner selves

that is nurturing, kind, commpassionate, patient, and clear

and radiate that outward in all our relationships

with each other

the earth

the water

all life
this is the most essential aspect of sacred activsim

and revolution

everything else effective flows from this most holy  and most potent place

  1. … to accept the Eternal Dynamic. We must embrace the everchangin center of our static patterns – unyielding, and always moving. There is no center, only that which is peripheral; yet all is as important or unimportant. At the end of the day, “the wildbirds are all dressed up in colors outrageous. They soar from this earthlybound kingdom of cages.”
