Mindfulness is the game changer
in our personal experience of our selves
in our experience of all our relationships
and in our experience of the world

My sister got me the book “Peace is Every Step” by Thich Nhat Hanh for Christmas
And he has become a lifelong teacher in just the 2 short weeks I’ve been learning from him
Just breathing and smiling
I didn’t know what that could do in a mind and in a body and in a family

“The practice of peace and reconciliation is one of the most vital and artistic of human actions.”

The pictures I have included here today are of 3 of the pages from this book that I read this morning
While breathing and smiling
and i could not help but weep at the beauty and love contained in them.

Peace is not only possible
it is already here
available to each of us to step into
and build our lives within it

There is no path to peace. Peace is the path.
