listening to your own breath

It actually doesn’t need to be involuntary
all the time
your breath that is

It gives us something
peaceful
to do
instead of listen to our thoughts
which can be very stressful

Sit still (ish)
Be silent (ish)
Listen to breath

Celebrate the moments of awakening
when you realize
you forgot to listen to your breath

Compassion for forgetting
Gratitude for remembering

Remembering
is
awakening

remembering

Simplify
Just be here
